Li Deren : Male; born in June 1982. He is an Adjudicator and holds a master’s degree in Procedural Law. Since 2021, he has been engaged in the adjudication of commercial and intellectual property cases. He has handled cases with social impact, including copyright infringement disputes involving One Hundred Thousand Whys and The Adventures of Sanmao, as well as trademark contract disputes involving “Paul Frank.”
He emphasizes mediation in resolving disputes. A case he presided over was selected among the Shanghai courts’ “Top 10 Cases on Substantive Resolution of Administrative Disputes (2020).” He has participated in research projects, authored multiple awarded practice-oriented legal research articles, and received multiple commendations within the court system.
