Liu Zhimin : Male; born in May 1984; Member of the Communist Party of China; Master of Laws. He has received multiple personal commendations and has been recognized as a Model Case-Handling Individual of the Shanghai Courts. A case he presided over concerning an administrative penalty imposed by a district government was selected as one of the Top 10 Environmental Protection Administrative Cases of the Supreme People’s Court and as a Typical Case of Shanghai Courts (2016). Another case he presided over concerning a labor inspection dispute was included in the People’s Court Case Database.
He has organized multiple large-scale special enforcement actions, including property clearance operations and early-morning enforcement activities. Research articles he authored have been published in works such as Frontiers of Financial Rule of Law, Analytical Studies of Gazette Cases, and Selected Cases of the People’s Courts.
