Xu Tingzi : Female; born in 1980; Member of the Communist Party of China; Master of Laws. Since 2016, she has been engaged in intellectual property adjudication work. Multiple cases she handled were selected as the “Top 10 Typical Intellectual Property Protection Cases of Shanghai,” “Top 10 Typical Copyright Cases of Shanghai,” “Top 10 Most Research-Valuable Intellectual Property Cases in China,” “Top 10 Copyright Hotspot Cases of AIPPI China Group,” and the “Top 10 Most Influential Cases in China’s New Cultural and Entertainment Industry.”
She has published multiple articles in Guidance and Reference for Civil Trials, People’s Justice, Electronic Intellectual Property, China Intellectual Property, China Copyright, China Trademark, Shanghai Judicial Practice, Intellectual Property Finance, People’s Court Daily, and China Intellectual Property News. She has participated in the compilation of multiple books, including volumes of the Judges’ Think Tank Series. Research projects she participated in at both the national courts and Shanghai courts levels have been awarded as Outstanding.
