Sun Yan:  Female; born in May 1983. She is a Senior Judge (Third Grade). She has received honors including Advanced Individual in Intellectual Property Adjudication of the Shanghai Courts, Commendations, and Outstanding Case-Handling Judge. Multiple cases she presided over have been selected as national-level and municipal-level exemplary cases.
