Zhang Ning: Female; born in August 1981; Master of Laws. From 2010 to 2024, she was engaged in civil adjudication work. Since 2025, she has been engaged in intellectual property adjudication. She has handled infringement and unfair competition cases involving well-known trademarks such as “Huili” and “Barbie.”
She has received multiple commendations within the court system. She participated in a key research project of the Shanghai Courts entitled The Bona Fide Acquisition System of Real Property under China’s Property Law. A case analysis she authored won the Second Prize in the National Courts’ Outstanding Case Analysis Selection. Multiple cases she concluded were selected for Selected Quality Cases of Shanghai Courts and Annual Cases of Chinese Courts.
