Ye Jufen: Female; born in September 1985; Member of the Communist Party of China; Master of Laws. Since 2012, she has been engaged in intellectual property adjudication work. She has handled a number of complex and socially influential cases, including: the first criminal case involving copyright infringement by a novel transcoding website; an administrative litigation case involving Jaguar Land Rover challenging an administrative penalty for false advertising; the first case recognizing the overall visual presentation of an online game as a cinematographic-type work; and trademark infringement and unfair competition cases involving internationally renowned brands such as BMW and Hydro.
