On the afternoon of August 10, two experts dispatched by WIPO for “Tongji-WIPO” Joint Master’s Program, Martha Chikowore, an official of WIPO, and Prof. Annette Kur, visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Court for communication in the company of President Zhu Xuezhong of the Intellectual Property Institute of Tongji University and others. Vice President Li Shulan received the guests. The guests visited the Litigation Service Center, courtrooms and other facilities of the Court, and watched an English feature on the work of the Court. Vice President Li Shulan introduced the main work over the past year since the establishment of the Court, while the person-in-charge of the Political Department introduced the main content of the strategic cooperation agreement between Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Law School of Tongji University and the cooperation between the two parties. The two foreign experts introduced the “Tongji-WIPO” Joint Master’s Program, and expressed their hope for support from Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Both parties also exchanged views on some issues they were interested in.
