On the morning of September 1, the No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Court, Railway Transport Intermediate Court) held the launch ceremony of the practice activity “Lend Glamor to No.3 Intermediate People's Court, Work Together to Realize the Dream of the Legal System”. Ni Chunnan, Party member and Vice President, presided over the ceremony, with all police officers of the court present on the site. Chen Huizhen, commissary in charge of publicity of the Party Committee proposed on behalf of the Party Committee that: to be a dream chaser of a society governed by law with firm belief; to be a defender of fairness and justice by performing the due diligence; to be a pioneer in reform and innovation with courage to bear responsibilities; to be a founder of judicial credibility by working together. All police officers piled up bricks successively with an implied meaning of everyone being the constructor of the No.3 Intermediate People's Court, and stuck their wishes to the themed display board for the purpose of expressing their good wishes to the No.3 Intermediate People's Court and their own directions of efforts. Each department gave thumbs up for No.3 Intermediate People's Court and for themselves. Wang Qiuliang, Secretary of the Party Leadership and President, addressed the event with an inspiring speech. He pointed out that the practice activity was the forceful grasp on promoting the in-depth implementation of the "two-learning-one-action" themed education, and the specific initiatives to realize the "from learning to action". It was also an important carrier for enhancing the cultural construction of the court and a demonstration of creating the new image of a positive and united court after the reform. President Wang Qiuliang also said that the police officers of No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Court, Railway Transport Intermediate Court) have made up a trusted and high-quality team with ideal and aspiration, and able to endure hardship, fight and win the battle. He also posed three requirements for implementing the practice activity and for doing well in more cases rapidly: Firstly, adhere to paying attention to case handling, be absorbed in and go all out to the priority of law enforcement and case handling, and verify the reform achievements by trial quality and efficiency. All departments and police officers should work together with the spirit of a host to be based on and to contribute to their own jobs. Secondly, take action to care for all police officers and continue to enhance and improve the cohesion and fighting capacity by adhering to the people-oriented principle, bringing to full play our Party's advantages in ideological and political work, making the best of the construction opportunity of cultural and health court. Thirdly, adhere to the dream-leading principle, stick to responsibilities and establish ambition for career, transform pressure to power rather than burden. Be brave to exercise in tough environments, never slack off and never burnout in, be full of energy and tenacity, and pursue and realize our vision in an enthusiastic and promising state.
