On the afternoon of May 16, Vice President and Director of Intellectual Property Tribunal of Chengdu Intermediate People's Court, Yang Yongmei, and her party totaling four people visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Court for investigation and exchange. Vice President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Li Shulan, received the guests and showed them around the Litigation Service Center and tribunals, etc. During the communication, Vice President Li Shulan introduced thedevelopment orientation, organization structure, case jurisdiction, case trials, trial mechanisminnovation and rising influence of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Vice President Yang Yongmei thanked for the warm reception and unreserved experience-sharing. She said that the achievements in trial management and reform made by Shanghai Intellectual Property Court over the past two years were worth learning, and introduced to the situation of Chengdu Intermediate People's Court and its Intellectual Property Tribunal. Both sides also conducted in-depth discussion on issues such as technical investigator system, training of judge assistants, implementation of evidence preservation and routine management of courts.
