On the afternoon of November 7, a delegation of more than 20 people from Donghua University visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Court under the leadership of Jia Hui, Director of the Legal Office. As arranged by the court leaders, Qian Guangwen, Director of No.2 Intellectual Property Tribunal, Liu Jing, Judge of No.2 Intellectual Property Tribunal, and judge assistant of No.1 Intellectual Property Tribunalreceived the guests.

Director Jia Hui and his party were shown around the tribunals, case filling hall, litigation service center and mediation room, etc. and watched the feature films of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court under the accompaniment of Director Qian Guangwen. During the discussion, Director Qian Guangwenextended warm welcome to the guests and introduced to them the court's background, organization structure, jurisdiction, staff composition and case trials, while Director Jia Hui, on behalf of Donghua University, expressed his gratitude to the court for its warm reception, congratulated Shanghai Intellectual Property Court on its achievements in IPR judicial protection since its establishment more than two years ago, and expressed their wish of further cooperation with Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Two sides also carried out an in-depth discussion on the judicial protection of cultural and creative industry, establishment of technical investigator system, role of people's assessors, trial procedure of IPR cases, and protection of school name and emblem, etc.
