On the afternoon of November 29, Xu Yanyang, Vice President of Hefei Intermediate People's Court and Director of Hefei Intellectual Property Tribunal, led some judges of Hefei Intellectual Property Tribunal to study and exchange with Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Vice President Li Shulan showed the guests around the Litigation Service Center and tribunals, watched the feature film of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court along with the guests and held a meeting to exchange views with them. The leaders of No.1 Intellectual Property Tribunal and No.2 Intellectual Property Tribunal accompanied the guests throughout the visit and attended the exchange meeting. At the meeting, Vice President Li Shulan introduced the basic situation of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and characteristics of cases accepted since its establishment more than two years ago, while Vice President Xu Yanyang introduced relevant situation of Hefei Intellectual Property Tribunal and hoped to learn the successful experience on specialized trial mechanism, technical investigator system and other aspects of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court through study and exchange. Two sides also carried out an in-depth discussion on the new situations and problems encountered in IP trials.
