On the afternoon of December 13, Ma Lili, Director of Intellectual Property Tribunal of Shandong High People's Court, led the directors, some judges and judge assistants of the intellectual property tribunals of Shandong High People's Court, Jinan Intermediate People's Court and Qingdao Intermediate People's Court to study and exchange with Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Vice President Li Shulanpresided over the meeting, which was attended by heads of the No.1 Intellectual Property Tribunal, No.2 Intellectual Property Tribunal and Technical Investigation Division. Vice President Li Shulanextended warm welcome to the guests and introduced organization structure andcase characteristics, as well as trial, reform and development of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court since its establishment. The heads of the Intellectual Property Tribunals and Technical Investigation Division made an in-depth communication and discussion with the guests on our diversified dispute resolution mechanism and technical investigator system. Director Ma Lili expressed her gratitude for our warm reception, and hoped that they can learn from the successful experience and practices of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court in online filing of cases, cross-region litigation and other convenient measures forefficient services, pre-litigation mediation and other diversified dispute resolution mechanism as well as technical investigator system. Both sides hoped to further strengthen mutual exchanges, jointly study the new situations and problems encountered during court trial onintellectual property cases, and work together to improve judicial competence on intellectual property issues.
