Today is 4？26 World Intellectual Property Day. Shanghai Intellectual Property Court released the white paper on the trials of FTZ-related intellectual property cases since its establishment three years ago and the white paper on IPR judicial protection in 2017, offering suggestions for enterprises, governments and all sectors of society to protect intellectual property rights jointly.

In the past three years, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court has accepted 5,551 cases and concluded 4,958. Among a number of cases with high social attention, of new types and closely related to scientific and technological innovation, more than 40 cases were rated as China Top 10 IPR Protection Cases, Typical Cases of Shanghai Courts or case published on the Gazette of the Supreme People’s Court successively, winning praise and trust fromall sectors of society, multinational corporations and international organizations.

At 7: 00 tonight, Wang Qiuliang, President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court will attend the special live interview program – “Law-Eye-World” to talk about the IPR judicial protection over the past three years.
