Since the updated version 2.0 of the WeChat official account “Shanghai Court 12368” was launched officially on May 28, Shanghai Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Court, Shanghai Intermediate Court of Railway Transportation) has been attaching much importance to it and taking multiple measures at the same time, to push forward case filing through WeChat. In the past three months, a total of 13 cases have been filed through WeChat, all submitted by lawyers, and the acceptance rate reaches 100%, realizing a further upgrade from “online case filing” to “mobile phone case filing”, and achieving good pilot effects. The following three measures have been taken: firstly, to proactively push forward case filing through WeChat, to post up QR code of the WeChat official account “Shanghai Court 12368” and the QR code for litigation cost payment at a clearly visible place at the litigation service center, to distribute the brochures for the updated version 2.0 of the WeChat official account “Shanghai Court 12368”, to add in the WeChat official account the link of the litigation service of “Shanghai Court 12368”, and to actively guide the parties involved and the lawyers to file cases through WeChat. Secondly, to appoint special personnel to take charge of WeChat case filing, to guide the parties involved and the lawyers on the actual operation by demonstrating the specific procedures of operation, and to let the parties involved fully experience the various functions of the WeChat official account “Shanghai Court 12368”. Thirdly, to pay close attention to each step of WeChat case filing from application to acceptance and to communicate timely with the parties involved and the lawyers, so that the review and feedback can be made at the earliest time possible, the case can be timely accepted, and the convenience and efficiency of WeChat case filing can be fully felt by the parties involved and the lawyers.
