On the afternoon of October 10, more than 50 students from the WIPO China Summer School organized by East China University of Politics and Law visited the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. The students came from Russia, Britain, Switzerland, Canada and other countries. Ling Song, Vice President of No. 1 Intellectual Property Tribunal, was arranged towelcome the visiting students. The students heard a case of patent infringement on design tried by Chen Huizhen, through which they learned about the trial process of intellectual property cases. After the trial, the students said that through the field study, they had a more intuitive understanding of the trial of intellectual property cases in China, and deeply admired the professionalism of the judges during the trial.
