On the morning of November 1, Wang Haiqing, President of Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court, led a team to exchange at Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Chen Yajuan, President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Chen Huizhen, a full-timemember of the trial committee, and the heads of the Second Court of Intellectual Property, the Technical Investigation Office, and other departments attended the meeting. President Chen Yajuan welcomed the visit of President Wang Haiqing and his team and introduced the basic situation and key work of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Chen Huizhen made a presentation from four aspects: cracking down on the "three difficulties" of intellectual property protection, promoting the comprehensive reform of the judicial system, carrying out international exchanges and cooperation, and building research bases. President Wang Haiqing introduced the general situation of Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and expressed that he was deeply inspired through the exchanges, hoping to further strengthen communication and learn from each other. The two sides also conducted in-depth exchanges on serving and guaranteeing the overall economic and social development, strengthening intellectual property protection, reforming the operational mechanism of trial power and the technical investigation officer system, and training judge assistants.
