On the morning of November 14, Zhang Jiatian, Secretary of the Party group and President of Higher People's Court of Shandong Province, led a team to the Shanghai Intellectual Property Court (hereinafter referred to as SIPC) for investigation and exchange, and they were accompanied by Lu Weimin, Member of the Party group and Director of the Political Department of Shanghai High People's Court.
