On April 18, which marks the 29^th  anniversary of the development and opening-up of Pudong, and when the 19^thWorld Intellectual Property Day was approaching, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court (“SIPC”) launched “Judge Ling Song’s Studio” at the China (Pudong) Intellectual Property Protection Center. President Chen Yajuan and Vice President Li Shulan of SIPC, and Lin Benchu, Director of the Intellectual Property Bureau of Pudong New Area, attended the ceremony, which was hosted by Zhang Jun, Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Office of Pudong New Area. This is another important step taken by SIPC after its recent release of the Implementation Opinions on Building aWorld-Class Intellectual Property Court. The launch of the studio aims to give full play to the functional advantages of both the judiciary and the administration, forming a joint protective force to jointly enhance the level of intellectual property rights protection.
