Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Shanghai Computer Trade Association Signed A Cooperative Agreement on Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism
On the afternoon of January 29, 2016, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court (“SIPC”) held a signing ceremony for the Cooperative Agreement on Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism for the Linkage Between Litigation and Non-litigation with Shanghai Computer Trade Association (“SCTA”) which is the eighth mediation organization establishing the system of “docking litigation and conciliation” with our Court. Both the Vice President Li Shulan of SIPC and the Vice President and Secretary General of SCTA Wang Keqin attended the ceremony and made a speech.
