Shanghai Intellectual Property Court Concluded the Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Tongji University Law School / IP Institute and Held a Judicial Credibility Assessment Seminar
On the afternoon of March 4th, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Tongji University Law School/ IP Institute held a ceremony for concluding a Strategic Cooperation Agreement. President Wu Xielin and Vice President Li Shulan of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, President of Tongji Law School Shan Xiaoguang, President of Tongji IP Institute Zhu Xuezhong, representatives of the court IP Tribunal and Research Office, and some faculty and students of Tongji University were present. The ceremony was presided over by Ms. Wang Renyan, Director of the Political Department of Shanghai Railway Transportation Intermediate Court. Ms. Li Shulan and Mr. Zhu Xuezhong signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement on behalf of both parties. Mr. Wu Xielin and Mr. Shan Xiaoguang addressed respectively, and expressed that both parties would strengthen the cooperation, complement each other's advantages, fulfill win-win cooperation, and make joint efforts in serving the construction of a powerhouse through intellectual property rights and the construction of a science and technology innovation center. Later on, both parties had a special discussion on deepening the assessment project of the judicial credibility in Shanghai Intellectual Property Court.
