Shanghai Intellectual Property Court Carried out Centralized Judgment and Created a Good Atmosphere of Intellectual Property Protection
To welcome the 16th World Intellectual Property Day, On April 25 and 26, Shanghai Intellectual Property Court carried out centralized judgment on 17 cases involving patent disputes, infringement of trademark right, unauthorized use of decorations specific to well-known brands, and false publicity.
