On the afternoon of July 8, the inspection office of Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Shanghai Railway Transport Intermediate Court) , No.1 Intellectual Property Tribunal  and No.2 Intellectual Property Tribunal jointly held the third event of the Public Open Day of 2016, and invited a delegation of 11 from the Intellectual Property Right Professional Committee of Suzhou Bar Association to attend the activities. The guests visited the litigation service center, archives office, 12368 litigation service platform and court rooms, etc.,  watched a feature about the development of Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court and Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, and attended a court hearing of a case concerning disputes over a computer software license contract. According to the guests, it was a great honor to learn from worthy experiences at the forefront of the judicial reform—Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and Shanghai Railway Transport Intermediate Court)—and get to know the overall structure of the court and case jurisdiction in a practical way. This Public Open Day, on which Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court invited a professional team from another province to participate in the activities for the first time, demonstrated an open and professional judicial image and attracted great attention from Suzhou Bar Association.
