President Wang Qiuliang introduced to the deputies the trial work and judicial reform since the establishment of No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Court, Railway Transport Intermediate Court), focusing on the initiatives of serving the overall interests and the trial mechanism reform. Zhou Xiang, a judge of deputy bureau chief level from No.3 Civil Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court introduced briefly the national court trial work concerning the intellectual property right from four aspects including trial achievements, reform and innovation, supervision and guidance and judicial transparency.
