Yi Jia: Female, born in February 1981, member of the Communist Party of China, Bachelor of Computer and Communication Engineering, Master of Law. She has been engaged in intellectual property trials since 2011 and tried the cases about the copyright licensing contract involving the famous animated image “Doraemon”, the copyright infringement involving 500 well-known online novels, the infringement and unfair competition concerning the famous trademark “Wufangzhai”, several foreign-related patent cases, and a number of other complicated and difficult socially influential cases. Some judgment papers written and cases concluded by her were selected in "Four One Hundred" Excellent Judgment Documents and Model Trials of the Courts of Shanghai.
