Yang Fuyu: Female, born in June 1983, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. She has been engaged in intellectual property trials since 2011. The case she tried about Crocs suing Xiamen Crocs Trade Co., Ltd. in illegal use of its proper name, package, decoration, false advertising and unauthorized use of the company name was one of the Top 50 Typical Cases for Intellectual Property in Chinese Courts and Top 10 Cases for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in Courts of Shanghai in 2015. She also published multiple research articles in journals such as People’s Justice and Electronic Intellectual Property.
