One Case Heard by Shanghai Intellectual Property Court Was Published on the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court
Recently, Beijing iQiyi Technology Co., Ltd v. Network Video Clustering Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd unfair competition case heard by Shanghai Intellectual Property Court was published on the Gazette of the Supreme People's Court (Issue 12 - 2016), becoming the first case published on the Gazette since the court's establishment.
