Two Cases Trialed by Shanghai Intellectual Property Court Was Selected as 2016 Top10 Typical Cases among Shanghai Courts
Recently, two cases trialed by our court were selected as 2016 Top10 Typical Cases among Shanghai Courts, including: Beijing iQiyi Technology Co., Ltd v. Shanghai Damo Network Technology Co., Ltd - unfair competition dispute case trialed by the collegial panel consisting of Judges Chen Huizhen, Wu Yingzhe and Yang Wei; and Shanghai Yaoyu Culture Media Co., Ltd. v. Guangzhou Douyu Network Technology Co., Ltd - dispute over copyright infringement and unfair competition trialed by the collegial panel consisting of Judges Lu Fengyu, Xu Yanhua and Yang Fuyu.
