Vice President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Li Shulan, Attended the Conference Held by Shanghai High People's Court to Release the White Paper on IPR Trials (2016)
On April 25 when the 17th World Intellectual Property Day is coming, Shanghai High People's Court held a press conference to release the white paper on IPR trials of Shanghai courts (2016), which was written in both Chinese and English for the first time. The conference was attended by Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of Shanghai High People's Court, Mao Ronghua, Vice President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Li Shulan, relevant staff of French, Canadian, American, Japanese, Singapore and British Consulates in Shanghai, journalists from Shanghai branches of central news media such as Xinhua News Agency, China News Service, Liberation Daily, Xinmin Evening News,SMG News, The Paper, etc, journalists of local media and foreign news agencies in Shanghai like Kyodo News and Associated Press, as well as representative of foreign chambers and institutions in Shanghai like European Union Chamber of Commerce, US-China Business Council, United States Chamber of Commerce, Japan External Trade Organization, Korean Intellectual Property Protection Center, etc. At the press conference, Shanghai High People's Court also released 2016 Top 10 IPR Judicial Protection Cases of Shanghai Courts selected by judicial and academic experts, including unfair competition dispute trialed to regulate the webcast market of e-sports games and other typical cases of great social concern.
