Li Shulan: Female, born in December 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Law. She served as Director of No. 5 Civil Tribunal of Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court, Director of No. 3 Civil Tribunal of Shanghai High People’s Court, and Secretary of Party Leadership Group and President of People’s Court of Jinshan District. She is a “National Woman Pace-setter”, Shanghai Labor Model, “National Outstanding Female Judge”, “National Outstanding Judge”, and Vice Chairman of Intellectual Property Law Research Association of Shanghai Law Society. She tried some difficult and complicated cases, which are included in Gazette of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China. She was the chief judge for an intellectual property case on the non-time-lapse Webcast in cooperation with eastday.com for the first time, and a writer for the high court related key projects like Research on Trial Mechanism for Intellectual Property in Shanghai Courts – Exploration and Improvement of "Three in One" Integrated Trial Model for Intellectual Property, and published multiple books on trials.
