On the afternoon of June 22, Xu Yibo, Vice Chairman of CPPCC Shanghai Committee, and some of his fellows made an inspection tour to Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Shanghai Railway Transportation Intermediate Court). They watched the litigation service center andcultural exhibition hall, listened to the report onachievements of information construction, and held a symposium. Deputy Secretary-General and Director of the General Office of CPPCCShanghai Committee, Yuan Ying, Standing Member of CPPCC Shanghai Committee and Director of Subcommittee of Social and Legal Affairs of CPPCC Shanghai Committee, He Pinwei, and other members of CPPCCShanghai Committee totaling 19 people attended the inspection in the company of former inspector of Shanghai High People's Court, Xu Xianhe. Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Shanghai Railway Transport Intermediate Court), Wang Qiuliang, accompanied the inspection tour and reported on the basic situation, reform and development ideas and achievements of the court over the past two and a half years since its establishment, as well as the difficulties and challenges it's facing currently. Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court, Ni Chunnan, Li Shulan, Qu Furong, full-time member of Judicial Committee, Zhang Guanqun, and heads of various departments attended the symposium.

Director He Pinwei presided over the symposium. Huang Qi, Lu Hongbing, Chen Libin, Zhou Tianping, Gao Fuping and You Minjian delivered speeches respectively. Vice Chairman Xu Yibo fully affirmed the achievements made by Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court) since its establishment two and a half years ago, and hoped that the court will play a greater role in promoting the construction of government ruled by law and serving the construction of technology innovation center in Shanghai, further explore the reform of judicial system to produce reproducible and propagable experience throughout the country. Meanwhile, he said that CPPCC Shanghai Committee will applause for the reform and development of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court), and will continue to pay attention to and support it to make greater achievements.
