Chen Huizhen: Female, born in November 1962, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. Since December 2001, she has been engaged in the intellectual property related trials. She is a “National Prominent Individual in Intellectual Property Trial”, “National Trial Expert”, “Top Ten Excellent Judge in Shanghai”, and “Woman Pace-setter of Shanghai”, and has won several second-class merit citations. She tried the "First Song about Stocks" copyright infringement case, the "Millionaire" trademark infringement case and many other new types of cases that have great influence both at home and abroad. One case she tried is included in Gazette of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China, and several others in the typical intellectual property cases of Shanghai. Several trials she conducted were incorporated in exemplary trials, model cases and outstanding judgment documents in courts of Shanghai. She published some research articles in national, provincial and city level publications, and served as an editor or chief editor of several relevant books.
