Recently, a paper entitled "Reflection and Discussion on the Role of Technical Investigator in Judicial Practice" written by Tao Guandong, assistant judge from No.1 Intellectual Property Tribunal of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, won the second prize at the  National Symposium on Technical Investigator System of IP Courts, which was organized by Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court and Jinan University jointly.
