On the afternoon of December 5, Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Shanghai Railway Transportation Intermediate Court) held an activity to display litigation service achievements and open the court to the public on that day on the theme of "carrying forward the spirit of the Constitution and serving the litigations of the People". Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President Wang Qiuliang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President Li Shulan and Vice President Mai Jue attended the meeting. 20 representatives of enterprises in Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, railway enterprises, residents in Zhangjiang community, mediation organizations and volunteer lawyers as well as a number of media reporters, were invited to witness the achievements and warmness of litigation service. The representatives visited the Litigation Service Center and had a discussion meeting presided over by Vice President Li Shulan. President Wang Qiuliang presented to them Common Case Collections edited by the court, while Vice President Mai Jue introduced the litigation service achievements over the past three years since its establishment, with emphasis on the court's distinctive litigation services tailored to the actual situation of cross-administrative-region court and Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. The representatives expressed their affirmation and appreciation for the court's litigation services, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions. President Wang Qiuliang said that Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court should do a better job in litigation services as well as convenience and benefit for the people, and by enhancing their understanding of courts, open a window for the peopleto learn law, respect law, observe law and use law, raise their awareness of the Constitution, safeguard the authority of the Constitution, foster their thinking and habits on law-based governance, and guard their life with the law.
