Fan Jingbo: Male, born in May 1980, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. He has been engaged in intellectual property trials since 2013, and was titled an outstanding judge and outstanding member of the Communist Party of China in the court system of Shanghai. One case he tried is included in the Annual Top 50 Classic Cases in the High People’s Court and one in Annual Top 10 Cases for Intellectual Property in Courts of Shanghai. Several of his works on specific topics won awards from the high court and courts of Shanghai, and he published dozens of research papers of various types.
