Recently, a senior expert group of WIPO conducted an international assessment on China’s ten-year implementation of the Outline of the National Intellectual Property Strategy at the invitation of the Office of Inter-Ministerial Joint Meeting for the Implementation of Intellectual Property Strategyunder the State Council. As a part of this international assessment, Shanghai Intellectual Property Joint Meeting Office hosted the Forum on International Assessment of Shanghai's Implementation of IP Strategyon the morning of February 28. Vice President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court Li Shulan and Presiding Judge of Intellectual Property Tribunal No. 1 Ding Wenlian attended the forum at invitation. On the forum, Vice President Li Shulan briefed on the work of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court since its establishment, and answered the questions that the experts were concerned about. Shanghai Intellectual Property Court’s achievements made in such aspects as trial, reform, construction and development over the three years since its inception impressed the experts on the forum and won their praise and recognition.
