Ling Song: Male, born in September 1970, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. He has been engaged in intellectual property trials since 2007 and is currently Deputy Director of No. 1 Intellectual Property Tribunal of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. He is a “Talent in Handling Cases” in the court system of Shanghai and won several third-class merit citations and two second-class. A number of cases he tried are included in “Excellent Cases in Courts of Shanghai”, and the judgment papers he wrote were awarded outstanding ones in courts of Shanghai for several times.
