On the morning of April 12, IPR publicity week activity - Judicial Training on Intellectual Property was held at Zhangjiang Jinshan Park Talent Service Platform, organized by Jinshan Development Park and hosted by the platform. At the meeting, Office of Judge Chen Huizhen was invited, and Judge Chen Huizhen, National Adjudication Expert from Shanghai Intellectual Property Court gave a special lecture on the topic of “looking at the IPR work of enterprises from the perspective of trials.” Judge Chen Huizhen analyzed and explained the problems that enterprise encounter easily during their IPR creation, management, application and protection, and also put forward some profound suggestions for optimizing the IPR work of enterprises. Meanwhile, she shared a number of real cases and answered their questions on site.
