On the evening of July 19, Mai Jue, the vice president of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People’s Court, appeared as a special guest on the television show of the Chief Justice Online of Fayankantianxia jointly launched by Shanghai High People’s Court and East Broadcasting Center, and exchanged with the host, the audience and social media users about how to use “wisdom” in preservation to solve the difficulty of enforcement and other related issues. Ye Ping and Zhang Deyi, the deputy director and a judge of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People’s Court, also attended the show together.

In the talk show, Mai Jue introduced the common types of measures for preservation, the role of preservation in solving the difficulty of law enforcement, the special mode of preservation measures for intellectual property cases and so on. By taking several cases for example, Ye Ping made a detailed introduction to the differences between property preservation, evidence preservation and behavior preservation, and particularly expounded on how to apply the new “four-in-one” preservative mode to solve disputes on intellectual property with “wisdom”. Through the cases, Zhang Deyi introduced the features of the three different measures mentioned above for preservation as well as the application of "wisdom" in preservation. In the end, the three guests communicated with the audience over how to apply for preservation and how to make effective preservation as well as other issues. They called upon the whole society to reach a consensus regarding “basically solving the difficulty of law enforcement” and to crack this thorny problem together.
