On the morning of 13 July, Liu Zhenyan, a judge of Intellectual Property Division of Tianjin High People's Court, together with two other colleagues, visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Court to investigate the trial of cases involving unfair competition on the Internet. Ding Wenlian, the head of No.1 Intellectual Property Division, was assigned to greet the guests. Ling Zongliang, Judge of No.2 Intellectual Property Division, and other relevant personnel also attended the meeting. At the meeting, Ding Wenlian introduced the court's achievements regarding trial of cases involving the newly emerged unfair competition on the Internet, while Judge Ling Zongliang expounded on the fact-finding and the application of law in relevant cases. Judge Liu Zhenyan expressed his gratitude to the judges of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court for sharing their rich trial experiences. Both sides also had in-depth discussions on the new situations and new issues of the application of Anti-unfair Competition Law in the field of Internet.
