Vice President Li Shulan Attended the Launching Ceremony of Shanghai 2018 "Grass-Root IP Campaign to Drive

Economic Development" and Delivered a Keynote Speech at the Forum

Hosted by National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC (CNIPA), and sponsored by Pudong Intellectual Property Administration and China (Pudong) Intellectual Property Protection Center, Shanghai 2018 "Grass-Root IP Campaign to Drive Economic Development" was launched at ShanghaiTech University on the morning of October 23. Li Shulan, Vice President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, was invited to attend the launching ceremony and delivered a keynote speech at the subsequent"Theme Forum of Intellectual Property Protection Propping up the First China International Import Expo (CIIE)". At the meeting, Vice President Li Shulan introduced trials of intellectual property cases, judicial practices of protecting intellectual property rights in strict manner, and relevant measures for strengthening intellectual property rights trial service of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court to prop up China International Import Expo (CIIE) and so on. The achievement of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court in strengthening the judicial protection of intellectual property rights has been highly recognized by the attendees.
